We totally understand that life can get a little hectic sometimes. Just a quick reminder: if you're running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and we haven't heard from you via text or call, we'll have to mark it as a No-Show, and the full service fee will apply. To make things easier, we really appreciate it if you can handle cancellations online, but feel free to give me a call if that works better for you! If you need to cancel on the same day, there will be a 50% charge, unless it’s an emergency. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds on services.
